COMPLETES
SUCCESSFUL TOY DRIVE
December 19, 2009
The Chambers County Historical Commission completed another successful toy drive last week and was able to assist fourteen families with over thirty five children with toys for Christmas
The Thomas Jefferson Chambers Home was decorated and opened for tours on December 5th and December 12th for visitors to stop by and contribute toys.
The Commission would like to thank every one that donated toys, as well as the Family Dollar Store for placing a collection box in their store.
